Purchase to Pay

Overseeing a broad range of accounting, payments, and operational reporting, all aimed at delivering effective and efficient processes for Imperial Brands entities

Data Management

Performing transactional activities and managing data which is then used to inform company-wide decisions.

Financial Planning and Analysis

Creating and producing timely and accurate financial data, encompassing plans, forecasts, latest estimates, monthly reports, while also conducting initial variance analysis and providing support to the respective business area.

Customer to Cash

Managing accounting, credit management, collections, and disputes to ensure seamless processes for Imperial Brands entities, while also capturing and documenting transition processes to maintain a smooth operational flow.

GBS Programme Director

Our long term focus, in GBS, is on continuous improvement and transformation of our processes. To have a lean organisation which can help us serve our customers better. We are creating something new in GBS at Imperial, and it’s always a great time to join an organisation when something new is being created because you can leave your mark. Regional Finance Director

Our Global Business Services operation in Krakow is a key part of the Imperial Brands finance eco-system. It will be the fastest growing, and soon the largest, single finance team across the entire Imperial Brands organisation, delivering high quality support to local finance business partners and valuable data and analytics to support better and faster decision making across the globe.

It’s an exciting time to join our new GBS function from the early stages and be part of shaping the future of this team. Global reach in central Krakow

We maintain a strong presence in Poland, with our Global Business Services located in central Krakow, our Global Supply Chain based in Warsaw, and two factories strategically located within the country.
