We are taking our performance culture to the next level.

Over the past five years we have developed the skills, tools and ways of working to deliver strong operational and financial performance.

Laying the foundations for strong performance

We introduced core behaviours, developed colleagues through training and put our leaders through intensive coaching to help them nurture high-performing teams.

Our culture became more collaborative, accountable and inclusive.

We continue to harness the power of our Global Consumer Office to deliver FMCG best practice, especially in market portfolio management and consumer insights.

But we are not stopping there.

A high-performance culture, driven by data

We have clear plans to build on this success to become the leader in knowing our consumers and to use accurate and timely data to provide actionable insights for better decision making.

We aim to build excellence in our sales and manufacturing teams through investment in skills, data and technology – and to share best practice across our vast global network. And we remain committed to our triple zero goals – zero waste, zero carbon and zero injuries.

Adopting technologies including generative AI will help to give us an edge in developing future ways of working with renewed vigour.

Our journey to a high-performance culture has already delivered results. And we have only just begun.

We have created five behaviours – designed by our people – to accelerate our journey towards higher performance

  1. Start with the consumer
  2. Collaborate with purpose
  3. Take accountability with confidence
  4. Be authentic, inclusive to all
  5. Build our future

"As a challenger, we need to be a leader in knowing our own consumers. Being a consumer leader is about taking our talented group of individuals and leveraging thier potential by integrating them into a high-performing team and ultimately a high-performing organisation."
